WK Summit 2026
Event Design

About the project
Wotton Kearney's communications team hired me as sole designer to build the visual identity for their first annual summit from concept to execution in four weeks, working directly alongside their internal team.
Scope:
Full identity system, digital promotion (social templates for 17 speakers, landing page, email banners), and all event-day production (motion graphics for a 20m screen, presentation templates, signage, agenda booklet, name badges, gift box wrap).
Approach:
Identity and motion were developed together from day one rather than motion being an afterthought — I built the launch video storyboard alongside the core visual direction so both were consistent by the time promotion needed to go live. The system extended Wotton Kearney's existing orange into gradient blocks, signalling risk in motion rather than risk as static.
Outcome:
The comms team was able to hand off the entire visual side and focus on running the event itself, with organisation and communication cited as the reason it stayed stress-free. ~200 senior leaders from legal and government attended the final event. One line from the client after the event summed it up best: 'It looked amazing and got so much praise!"
