About the project
At Thrive PR, I played a key role in the agency’s internal brand evolution, managing the technical execution of a comprehensive visual refresh marking 25 years of industry leadership. This involved translating a refined brand strategy into a modular design system that could scale across diverse digital and physical touchpoints. I worked collaboratively with senior stakeholders to ensure the new identity resonated with both internal teams and a premium client base, developing everything from high-stakes presentation frameworks to the agency’s digital interface and social media architecture.
My approach centred on creating a unified brand experience that balanced the agency’s heritage with a modern, tech-forward aesthetic. I was responsible for the end-to-end production of brand assets, including the brand style guide, graphics for large-scale events and standardised templates that empowered consultants to deliver consistent, high-impact communications. By prioritising information hierarchy and visual clarity, I ensured that every piece of collateral aligned with the agency’s strategic objectives and maintained the brand's heritage and trust.
